Kamerunga Scout Camp (McHugh Activities Centre)
Places of Significance - Cairns Regional Council

The Kamerunga Scout Camp was a facility founded and constructed by members of the Cairns and District Local Association of Boy Scouts, for use by all of the scout troupes in the Cairns area. The camp was founded in the late 1950s and used continuously until the late 1990s and although it is no longer in use by the scouts the fabric retains tangible associations with scouting in the Cairns area.
